Using Webmail
The following are instructions for using web-based email called webmail that comes free with your hosting. Webmail is great for when you are out of town or out of the office. You can simply check your email from any computer with Internet where ever you are. You should however, have your office email program (like Outlook) closed, so the messages don't get downloaded there first. Once email messages get downloaded into Outlook, there are no longer available on webmail. Webmail is a temporary holding spot for email messages until they get downloaded.
To use webmail simply type in your domain name followed by /webmail. For instance:
Login: www.yourdomain.com/webmail
Username: Type in your full email address
Password: Use whatever email password you were assigned
You should then be presented with multiple email programs to use. You can try them all, but pick one you like the best so you can become familiar with it. I like Squirrel Mail.
Please Note: When using webmail, be sure to not only move junk email to trash, but to empty the trash periodically so your mailbox doesn't run out of room.
